Collaborated with The Profit Line to create a responsive and hybrid approach that included an internal resource to deliver services as needed and the flexibility to expand on demand when required.


Minimized the disruption and dependency on internal resources by implementing a new hybrid team and external resource/approach. The Profit Line was Covid ready and supported the XMC Partnership team remotely with the guidance and fulfillment of all government programs with care and a hyper-attention to detail. XMC continues to benefit from the adoption of new accounting-based processes and technologies that were recommended and implemented by The Profit Line to respond to its evolving and changing needs:
